AEZ is a free-to-play multiplayer first-person shooter that runs straight in the web browser, on PC and mobile, with no download or install.
Players fight 3v3 team deathmatches and 1v1 duels on hand-built maps set in an abandoned English exclusion zone: a closed-down factory, a goods yard, a ruined village and the woods around it. AI bots fill empty slots, so a match starts the moment you press Play. Every match can be saved and shared as a replay.
We are building a persistent extraction mode, "the zone": a large open area where explorers and bandits search for anomalies and artefacts, then try to get out alive.
AEZ is made by a small, independent, self-funded studio based in the United Kingdom. The game servers, game files and replays are hosted on Amazon Web Services.
