AEZ — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing AEZ ("the Game") at aez.one ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AEZ is a browser-based multiplayer first-person shooter game. The Service includes the game client, game servers, website, and all related features and functionality.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Accounts

• You may play as a guest or sign in using a third-party authentication provider (e.g. Google).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under it.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
• Offensive, obscene, or impersonating usernames are not permitted.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other players
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate other players or staff
• Collect or distribute personal data about other users
• Engage in or promote any illegal activity
• Sell, trade, or transfer virtual items outside the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content forming part of the Service — including code, graphics, logos, sounds, and game design — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.

7. Virtual Items and Purchases

• The Service may offer virtual goods or in-game currency for purchase.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are licensed, not sold.
• We may modify or remove virtual items at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
